Verre Poudré — French Neoclassical Dining Collection
Louis XVI-Inspired Dining Suite
Drawing from Louis XVI furniture and French neoclassical design, this dining suite combines a rectangular dining table with coordinated upholstered armchairs and side chairs. The table features a dark glass or polished top, a shaped apron and fluted tapered legs, with carved corner blocks and restrained ornamental detailing. The contrasting dark surface gives definition to the pale painted frame.
The chairs feature oval and rounded upholstered backs, carved wooden frames and fluted tapered legs, with the armchairs distinguished by shaped open arms. Several backs incorporate woven cane panels, while the upholstered seats and backs use soft neutral textiles. The combination of pale painted wood, cane, upholstery and dark tabletop creates a balanced classical composition.
Designed for formal dining rooms, refined residential interiors, entertaining spaces and French-inspired traditional settings.
The frame can be crafted in teak wood, with oak or ash wood also available to suit the desired finish and interior scheme.
Made to order, with upholstery and finish selected for each commission.
