Shipping & Order Process

At Sidqa, every piece is made to order—thoughtfully crafted, never rushed, and executed with attention to detail. Below is an overview of our process, from order placement to final delivery, so you know exactly what to expect.


Placing an Order

  • Once an order is placed, a Sidqa representative or designer will connect with you within 24 hours to confirm key details such as dimensions, fabric or marble selections, polish preferences, and any approved customizations.

  • Clients are encouraged to reach out prior to placing an order if they require assistance or have specific custom requirements.

  • A Final Order Form capturing all confirmed details is shared for approval. Production begins only after written confirmation from the client.


Production Timeline

  • All Sidqa products are made to order.

  • Production and readiness for dispatch may take up to 90 days, depending on design complexity, material availability, and workshop scheduling.

  • In exceptional circumstances, including high customisation or external dependencies, timelines may extend but will not exceed 180 days from order confirmation.

  • Any material delays or timeline changes will be communicated proactively.


Standard Dimensions

  • Unless otherwise specified in the product description, all items are produced as per Sidqa’s standard dimensions.

  • Custom sizing is available upon request and must be finalised before production begins.

  • Once production has commenced, dimension changes cannot be accommodated.


Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping is complimentary across India and to select international destinations, unless otherwise specified.

  • Once the item is ready for dispatch, clients are notified via email or official communication channels.

  • Sidqa ships through trusted third-party logistics partners who deliver to the client’s doorstep.

  • Assistance with upper-floor delivery, restricted access, or special handling can be arranged at an additional cost, provided such requirements are communicated prior to dispatch.

  • Sidqa ensures appropriate packaging and coordination for safe transit.
    Any damage occurring during transportation will be addressed through repairs only.

Please note:
Sidqa does not offer replacements or refunds for transit-related damage. Repairs constitute the sole remedy.


Access & Entry Conditions

  • It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that the ordered furniture can be delivered into the premises without obstruction.

  • This includes confirming access through doorways, staircases, lifts, corridors, gates, and approach roads.

  • Sidqa shall not be responsible for damage, delays, or alterations required due to inadequate access or site constraints.


Using Your Own Transport

  • Clients may choose to arrange their own transport or obtain separate transit insurance.

  • In such cases, Sidqa’s shipping coordination charges will be excluded.

  • This arrangement must be discussed and agreed upon before order placement.
