Moonlight Manor — French Baroque Carved Wood Bar Counter
Moonlight Manor — French Baroque Carved Wood Bar Counter
Carved Historicist Stained-Glass Bar
Drawing from late nineteenth- and early twentieth-century European historicist furniture, this bar combines a monumental architectural cabinet with a fully developed service counter and illuminated back bar. Its construction is organized around a broad curved front, raised cornice and projecting canopy, creating a strong symmetrical composition.
The lower cabinet features deeply raised panels, carved acanthus and floral ornament, fluted pilasters, moulded rails and a stepped plinth. The service counter has a rounded projecting edge with applied bead and geometric carving. Above, turned and carved supports frame mirrored display compartments, while leaded stained-glass panels with geometric and diamond motifs introduce a decorative glass element characteristic of period revival interiors. Integrated lighting illuminates the bottle and glassware storage.
The rich reddish-brown wood finish suits formal entertaining rooms, private bars, hospitality interiors and traditional residential spaces.
Made to order, with upholstery and finish selected for each commission.
