Floral Upholstered Rococo-Inspired Dining Table and Chair Set
Drawing from French Rococo and late Baroque-influenced European furniture traditions, this dining set features a large rectangular table with a richly finished top, shaped apron and elaborately carved supports. The apron incorporates scrolling foliage, shell forms and foliate ornament, while the substantial legs combine carved urn-like elements with curved feet and decorative relief. The warm stained finish allows the carving to remain clearly defined across the table frame.
The matching chairs feature tall shaped backs, carved crest rails, curved legs and upholstered panels, covered in a floral textile with botanical motifs. The carved frames and patterned upholstery create a coordinated relationship between the seating and table.
