Carved Mahogany Dining Table and Upholstered Armchair Set
Drawing from 19th-century European and classical dining furniture, this formal dining set combines a substantial rectangular table with upholstered side and armchairs in a coordinated dark wood finish. The table features a broad polished top with rounded corners, a moulded apron and heavily carved pedestal supports, including fluted legs, scroll details and carved corner blocks.
The matching chairs feature tall upholstered backs, shaped mahogany frames, curved arms and carved cabriole-style legs. The armchair in the foreground is distinguished by pronounced scroll arms and carved foliate details at the front joints. The polished timber contrasts with the light upholstered panels, creating a formal and structured dining arrangement.
Designed for formal dining rooms, entertaining spaces, heritage residences and classically detailed interiors.
The frame can be crafted in teak wood, with oak or ash wood also available to suit the desired finish and interior scheme.
Made to order, with upholstery and finish selected for each commission.
