Forébrunne

Forébrunne

Inspired by French Rococo and Louis XV furniture, this sofa combines a heavily carved timber frame with deep upholstered seating and leather detailing.

The frame follows a pronounced serpentine profile, with a shaped crest rail, rolled arms and carved floral ornament integrated into the front apron.

The arms are upholstered in deep buttoned leather, while the back and seat use generously proportioned loose cushions for a softer, more relaxed form.

The lower frame is extensively carved, with scrolling foliage, shell and floral motifs distributed across the apron and central leg. The cabriole legs continue the carved profile and terminate in shaped feet, giving the base a strong sculptural presence.

The upholstery combines rich brown leather with a patterned bronze-brown textile, creating contrast between the structured leather frame elements and the softer seat and back cushions.

Suited to libraries, studies, drawing rooms, private lounges and richly detailed classical interiors, the piece combines French decorative carving with substantial upholstered proportions.

Made to order, so you can choose the upholstery, finish and colour tone to suit your interior.
