Louis XVI-Inspired Round Glass Dining Table and Chair Set
Drawing from Louis XVI and Italian Neoclassical furniture, this dining set combines a circular glass top with a carved pedestal base and four coordinated upholstered chairs. The table features a clear glass surface supported by a fluted urn-shaped pedestal, terminating in a circular stepped base with carved leaf and moulding details.
The accompanying chairs follow a restrained Louis XVI form, with rectangular upholstered backs, straight tapered legs, turned leg details and lightly moulded frames. The woven-texture upholstery contrasts with the ivory-painted timber, while the rounded table and transparent top keep the arrangement visually open. Carved rosette, fluting and foliate details reinforce the Neoclassical vocabulary throughout the set.
