Inspired by 19th-century French and English upholstered seating, this sofa combines a traditional rolled-arm form with deep button tufting and contrasting patterned upholstery.
The sofa features broad rolled arms with rounded scrolls, with the inner edges defined by individually applied nailhead trim.
The back is upholstered with deep button tufting, creating the characteristic gathered and recessed surface associated with traditional upholstered furniture. The seat is formed with a separate, generously proportioned cushion with a tailored piped edge.
The outer arms and sides are upholstered in a delicate floral textile, contrasting with the plain neutral upholstery used across the back, seat and lower front. The lower section is finished with a clean upholstered apron and supported on turned timber legs with stepped profiles.
Suited to drawing rooms, libraries, bedrooms, country houses and traditional residential interiors, the sofa combines a classic rolled-arm construction with tailored upholstery and contrasting textile detailing.
Made to order, so you can choose the upholstery, trim and colour tone to suit your interior.
