Drawing from Neoclassical and nineteenth-century European architectural furniture, this bar combines a restrained architectural cabinet with a substantial service counter and classical panelled construction. The overall form is defined by a broad rectangular body with a gently rounded end, giving the counter a strong, symmetrical profile.
The black-painted base features deep raised-and-fielded panels, layered mouldings, a broad plinth and a continuous decorative frieze beneath the countertop. The upper surface is finished with a warm natural wood top, creating a clear contrast with the dark cabinet. The front incorporates evenly proportioned panels and stepped moulding, while the rounded end provides additional counter space. The accompanying bar chairs feature upholstered backs and seats, turned front legs, stretcher supports and circular brass footrests.
Suitable for private bars, dining rooms, entertainment spaces, hospitality interiors and formal residential settings.
Made to order, with upholstery and finish selected for each commission.
