Drawing from Italian Baroque and Rococo-influenced furniture traditions, this dining table combines a clear circular glass top with an elaborately carved pedestal base. The supporting structure features a central column with sweeping S-curved supports, carved acanthus-like foliage, scroll terminals and a broad circular plinth. The carved apron beneath the glass top introduces additional radiating detail, while the pale painted finish emphasizes the relief work and curved construction.
The pedestal is designed as the principal decorative element, allowing the transparent tabletop to maintain a lighter visual profile. The combination of carved ornament, scrolling supports and classical proportions suits interiors with established European decorative detailing.
Designed for formal dining rooms, refined residential interiors, reception spaces and European-inspired dining settings.
The frame can be crafted in teak wood, with oak or ash wood also available to suit the desired finish and interior scheme.
Made to order, with upholstery and finish selected for each commission.
