Italian Rococo-Inspired Wall-Mounted Bedside Console
Drawing from Italian Rococo and 18th-century European decorative furniture, this wall-mounted bedside console is defined by a compact rectangular top, carved apron and flowing scroll-shaped supports. The apron is enriched with acanthus foliage, C-scrolls, floral ornament and a central carved shell motif, while the curved supports sweep downward from the case before turning inward toward the centre. A carved foliate ornament connects the lower supports, with small scrolling feet completing the composition. The painted cream finish with selective gilding highlights the carved relief and follows the decorative treatment associated with Italian Rococo interiors. Its open construction keeps the piece visually light while providing a practical surface beside the bed.
Suitable for bedrooms, dressing rooms, boutique hospitality interiors, entrance halls and traditional European-inspired spaces.
The frame can be crafted in teak wood, with oak or ash wood also available to suit the desired finish and interior scheme.
Made to order, with upholstery and finish selected for each commission.
