Ivory Rococo Carved Bed
Drawing from 18th-century French Louis XV furniture and Rococo interior design, this bed combines a carved teak wood frame, shaped headboard and footboard, and extensive botanical ornament within a symmetrical composition.
The headboard follows a broad, gently undulating profile with a prominent central floral crest. Carved foliate sprays extend outward from the centre, accompanied by delicate garland and leaf motifs along the upper rail. The matching footboard features a shaped central panel framed by mouldings, with carved floral ornament and draped foliage arranged across its front. Curved cabriole-style legs support both the headboard and footboard, continuing the decorative profile of the frame.
The bed is finished in a soft ivory tone, allowing the carved ornament to remain clearly defined. The upholstered mattress platform and neutral bedding complement the carved structure, making it suitable for French-inspired bedrooms, classical residences and boutique hospitality interiors.
