Drawing from French Neoclassical and Louis XVI-influenced furniture, this console is defined by a restrained rectangular case, figured wood veneer and vertically fluted supports. The upper section incorporates three drawers with simple framed fronts and understated metal drop pulls, arranged beneath a projecting moulded top. The side and central supports are treated as slender square-section legs with vertical fluting, turned collars and stepped feet, giving the structure a distinctly architectural character. The warm wood finish emphasises the natural figuring of the veneer while maintaining the disciplined symmetry associated with late 18th-century Neoclassical case furniture.

The frame can be crafted in teak wood, with oak or ash wood also available to suit the desired finish and interior scheme.
