Drawing from French Neoclassical furniture and late 18th-century decorative design, this bed combines a structured painted frame with woven cane panels and restrained architectural detailing.
The headboard and footboard are defined by rectangular cane inserts, bordered by raised mouldings that give the surfaces a clear panelled construction. The headboard has a gently stepped upper rail, while the footboard follows a matching horizontal profile for visual continuity. Tapered fluted legs support the frame, with turned details and small geometric blocks adding definition at the junctions. The painted ivory finish keeps the composition light, allowing the natural texture of the cane to remain a principal feature.
Suitable for French-inspired bedrooms, classical residences, refined country interiors and boutique hospitality suites.
The frame can be crafted in teak wood, with oak or ash wood also available to complement the desired finish and interior scheme.
Made to order, with upholstery and finish selected for each commission.
