Drawing from Italian Baroque and Rococo-influenced European furniture traditions, this grand dining table features an elongated rectangular top with a moulded edge and extensively carved apron. The apron is enriched with shell motifs, scrolling foliage and symmetrical foliate ornament, while the monumental supports combine carved volutes, acanthus leaves and shaped architectural elements. A substantial lower stretcher with opposing scroll forms connects the supports and reinforces the formal structure of the base.
The pale painted finish with restrained gilded detailing emphasizes the deep carving and layered construction. Its large proportions and elaborate base make it particularly suited to interiors where the dining table functions as a principal architectural element.
Designed for formal dining rooms, grand residences, European-inspired interiors and statement hospitality spaces.
The frame can be crafted in teak wood, with oak or ash wood also available to suit the desired finish and interior scheme.
Made to order, with upholstery and finish selected for each commission.
