Drawing from mid-20th-century modernist and Scandinavian furniture, this bed combines a warm teak wood frame with a restrained upholstered headboard and carefully proportioned linear construction.
The bed features a rectangular teak wood platform, defined by a broad front rail and continuous side rails that create a clean, low-profile structure. Four tapered vertical posts rise above the frame, each terminating in a turned spindle-style finial, adding a subtle crafted detail to the otherwise geometric form. The headboard incorporates a large upholstered rectangular panel set within the teak framework, with open space beneath it that maintains visual lightness.
The headboard upholstery uses a plain ivory textile, providing a soft contrast against the natural teak wood grain and warm finish.
