From choosing the piece to having it delivered, the process was well organised. I was able to go over the specifications, finish and finer details before confirming the order, and the communication was clear at each stage. I received updates from Ms. Kawaljeet whenever there was something to discuss, rather than constant follow-ups. The piece arrived according to the details agreed upon, and the entire purchase was handled with good attention to detail.
