What I liked was the flexibility with the customisation. I discussed the dimensions, finish and smaller details with Ms. Kawaljeet, and she understood what I was looking for. I could make a few changes to suit my space instead of going with a standard design. Everything we discussed was followed through, and the final piece worked well for the setting.
